Cancellation And Refund Policy
At Gizmobaba, satisfaction of customers is of prime importance.
Gizmobaba offers the most customer friendly REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on all products. For any reason, if your product has any problem when delivered, it will be rectified or replaced promptly. So rest assured and buy with PEACE OF MIND.
For any reason, in case you feel that the product received is not as shown or you have received a wrong product, or the product is damaged or not working, please bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with photos of the incorrect/damaged product.
The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will resolve it to your satisfaction. If a product has any damage or defect, the product will be rectified or replaced promptly. You may be required to ship the original product back to us by regular mail in some circumstances. if this is required, the support team will advise the address for return.
Kindly view all product descriptions and product videos where available before purchase. Some products require special installation or installation of third party apps before use. Some DIY (do it yourself) products will require additional effort and setup before use, and the responsibility of the said effort rests fully with the customer. Gizmobaba does not provide onsite or offsite setup services. Gizmobaba does not take responsibility for your ability or inability to use any products bought from it’s site or its affiliates.
Gizmobaba products are not available for trial and return.
Gizmobaba does not recycle products, hence, we are unable to accept return of used products unless the return is for a warranty claim. Warranty claims cannot be exchanged for refund or cash gratification of any kind. Warranty claims are limited to replacement with the same product, or a credit voucher worth amount paid if the product cannot be replaced for any reason.
Note that products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are as per description and delivered in working condition. Exchange is at the sole discretion of the Sales Team and can be exercised only under special and genuine circumstances. Products may be replaced or exchanged or a voucher worth purchase value issued if a return is authorized for your case.
In case an return for replacement or voucher is authorized, the customer may no longer keep using the product. Any usage of the product post a return confirmation would void all the replacement/credit voucher options.
Gizmobaba shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect incurred by the customer towards usage, inability to use or failure of the product. The customer agrees to buy and use the product at his own responsibility and risk and use necessary discretion and care when operating electronic products. The maximum liability of the merchant will be limited to the cost of the product purchased. It is the customers responsibility to use the product correctly and as described, and to consult the merchant in case of any doubt.
For any replacement, the product needs to be returned first. Return of the product is mandatory to initiate a claim.
Refund Policy for out of stock items:
For any reason, if the product you have ordered is not available in stock, we will give you the option to change your order to another item of equivalent value you. However, if you so wish, a full refund of your payment will be processed in this scenario.
Processing time for refunds can take upto 7 days.
No refunds will be given for items purchased using loyalty points, referral credits or coupons of any kind. Only actual monetary payments can be refunded.
Damage/Loss in transit:
Please note that all items are insured with the shipper. If your item was damaged or lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged. However, please note that the maximum period the courier allows for reporting a damaged item received is 24 hours.
In case you ordered multiple items, and you find some items missing, please let us know immediately. In case it is a case of transit loss, this needs to be reported to the courier within 24 hours.
In case the transit loss or damage is reported beyond this deadline, our team will still try our best to assist you and will file a claim with the courier. However, if the claim is declined by courier due to the delay, then we will not be able to replace the item.
Please note that the above terms are not negotiable. The customer support team may still decide accept your claim as an exception, even if you have not met the above criteria. However such exceptions are made as a gesture of goodwill and may not be applicable in all cases.
For cancellations please send an email to email@example.com and the support team will try to process a cancellation if the package is not already shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Orders that have been made where any cashback offer has been received cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
The Merchant cannot be held liable in any event, for any special, punitive, incidental, consequential loss and/or damages (direct and/or indirect) whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of opportunity, business loss, loss of profit, revenue, loss and/or damage to any person and/or property arising out of or in connection with the use of and/or performance of the Website or any products bought from the Website/Merchant, with the delay and/or inability to use the Website/services/products and/or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, and/or for any information, software, Products, services obtained through the Website/services, and/or otherwise arising out of the use of the Website/services/products, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability and/or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of damages.
The User shall verify the veracity of all information on his/her own before undertaking reliance and acting thereupon. The Merchant shall not be responsible and/or liable for any direct or consequential damages arising on account of the user reliance on the contents of the advertisement and usage of the product/s. Further, the Company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any third part action which results in the information provided by the User being exposed, misused and/or by such third party who accessed such information without any authorization from the Company.
The User hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Courts / tribunals in Mumbai, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website for information or purchase of products, exchanges, refunds, quality issues, and any other issues that may arise out of transacting on our website or it’s affiliates irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
